The 44" Odashi drop-deck is named after the XXL sword carried by the Samurai. It has a 1 3/4" drop, double-concavity and a slight taper towards the back. The Odashi isn't just long, at 11" wide it's a fatty too. It has a luxurious amount of deck-space for tall people with big feet, or for riders that just like room to spread out.
The flex of the deck is customized to the specifications of each customer by adding or subtractiong bamboo and/or using different thicknesses of fiberglass. All flex levels are made from 7-10 layers of bamboo including one cross-cut and have a thick carbon-fiber base-layer with fiberglass sheathing on both the top and bottom of the deck.
The decks are finished with high quality stain, paint and epoxy. Black grip or clear frit are available.
The enclosure is made from pressure-thermoformed, 2.5mm Kydex. Single and double-stack enclosures are available. D-seal is applied to the rim of the enclosure to keep dust and moisture out. All hardware and installation are included with the enclosure. The maximum battery capacity of the single-stack is 16s4p 21700 while the double-stack is 16s8p 21700.
The flex is based on a 175 lb rider. Flex customization is available just send a message. Naked decks and bulk-discounts are available as well. The decks are made to order and ship in about two weeks.
